We are working with a large GP site in Manchester to advise on the appointment of a new Veterinary Surgeon to help lead the team.
The Site:
Commutable from Stockport, Wimslow, Timperley, Longsight, Manchester and all surrounding areas, we are lucky to have great connections for clients across the region!
With some heavy investment in recent years, this clinic is able to offer all sorts of GP services to our clients. Tonnes of imaging equipment including a new ultrasound and a multiple consulting rooms and operating theatres. The team have a diverse level of experience so a candidate with excellent clinical skills would be needed. We are happy to show you round and invite applicants to suggest more opportunities for us to grow our services.
The Role:
Unlike most Senior Vet roles you'd see, this will work differently. We are looking to partner with a new Vet to join at a Senior Leadership Level and would not be an employee on a Clinical Director job title. As part of the SLT, you will oversee the clinical services and assist the other practice owners on commercial decisions, P&L analysis and growth opportunities. The team have excellent support in place for growing your skills within business management, but are in need of a Surgeon with the right drives to elevate our clinical team.
Process:
