Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading cosmetic surgery provider, who are currently in search for a Clinic Nurse to join their team in Leeds on a part-time basis.

Specialising in both surgical and non-surgical procedures, this growing company provides a unique and personalised approach, to achieve the desired results for each individual. The Candidate

The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Nursing team to provide effective and patient focused care, ensuring the smooth running of the outpatient clinics. They carry out a full range of cosmetic procedures including Breast Augmentation, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck and Rhinoplasty to name a few.

My client is looking for someone who is friendly, caring and approachable to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to all patients. You will be working closely with their welcoming and hard-working team, made up of clinical staff, Consultants and wider professionals. Excellent communication skills will be crucial to provide the highest level of patient care, aligning with their company values.

This is a part-time position consisting of 24 hours per week, which is worked 9am-5.30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will have the opportunity to pick up additional bank shifts if you would like.

Responsibilities

• Pre-assessing patients before surgery
• Post-operative care
• Provide experience advise and patient education
• Would care
• Taking bloods
• Stock management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in on-call phone (this will be paid at an enhanced rate!)

Requirements

• RGN with NMC registration
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 1 year post registration experience
• Previous experience in an outpatient or pre-assessment setting
• Cosmetic experience will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Confident in taking bloods
• Wound care                                

Interview Process

This is a one-stage interview process, which can be accommodates over MS Teams with the Lead Outpatient Nurse. We are also able to offer an immediate start date following satisfactory checks and onboarding.

Salary & Package                                                             

In return, there a generous salary of up to £35,000 per annum based on full-time hours (40 hours per week). My client is also offering additional benefits including 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), private pension plan, training courses, staff discounts and team days out.
