We are seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager (Registered Manager) to lead a well-established, high-performing nursing and residential care home in Huntingdon.

• Provides nursing, residential and dementia care

The Role

As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, including:

• Leading on quality, compliance, and overall performance
• Maintaining and enhancing CQC and local authority standards
• Driving commercial performance, with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth
• Developing and retaining a high-performing team culture
• Reducing agency reliance and strengthening workforce stability
• Leading operational improvements and service development initiatives
• Building strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and local authorities

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, supported by an experienced and engaged senior leadership team.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager in a nursing home setting
• Strong track record with CQC and operational performance
• Commercially aware, with experience improving occupancy and profitability
• Values-led leader with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• RGN qualification desirable (not essential with strong clinical support)
