We are seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager (Registered Manager) to lead a well-established, high-performing nursing and residential care home in Huntingdon.

The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, including:
- Leading on quality, compliance, and overall performance
- Maintaining and enhancing CQC and local authority standards
- Driving commercial performance, with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth
- Developing and retaining a high-performing team culture
- Reducing agency reliance and strengthening workforce stability
- Leading operational improvements and service development initiatives
- Building strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and local authorities
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, supported by an experienced and engaged senior leadership team.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager in a nursing home setting
- Strong track record with CQC and operational performance
- Commercially aware, with experience improving occupancy and profitability
- Values-led leader with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- RGN qualification desirable (not essential with strong clinical support)
