About the Role:
Deliver high-quality elective urology services including day case and inpatient procedures
Provide assessment and advice to clinical teams during working hours
Participate in clinical audit, governance meetings, and staff training initiatives
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and innovation within the unit
Work collaboratively with NHS partners for seamless patient care when escalation is needed
What You’ll Need:
GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register in Urology
Broad general experience in urology including endoscopic techniques
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach
Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent patient care
