Job Title: CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living - Adults
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and develop multiple supported living services across a defined region, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving compliance with CQC standards, and embedding a positive, empowering culture. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team and play a key role in the organisation’s continued growth and development.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing operational leadership and management for supported living services across multiple properties.

  • Overseeing daily service delivery to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.

  • Managing and developing service managers and deputies, fostering a collaborative and engaged team environment.

  • Coordinating staffing, resources, and rotas to meet the needs of individuals effectively.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, families, and stakeholders.

  • Monitoring service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to enhance quality.

  • Leading on all regulatory requirements, including holding CQC registration and ensuring services are inspection-ready.

  • Contributing to strategic planning and supporting the continued expansion of services through acquisitions and new developments.

  • Balancing on-site leadership across services with some flexibility for remote working.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in service management within supported living settings.

  • A background supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

  • Strong operational oversight skills, including managing multiple locations and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, individuals, families, and partners.

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving and maintaining compliance.

  • Confidence in managing budgets, resources, and performance within a regulated environment.

  • Flexibility to travel between services within a reasonable radius, with a valid driving license preferred.

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, with resilience to lead change and support staff wellbeing.

  • Commitment to fostering a positive team culture and delivering person-centred care.
