AHP senior hires delivered at leading Mental Health provider 

Compass Associates successfully supported a leading UK provider of mental health services with a number of senior AHP positions which included Consultant CAMHS Psychiatrist, and Adult ADHD Psychiatrist positions, following a period of accelerated growth in the company.

Owing to pre-existing relationships between the C-suite and members of sister brand, Compass Carter Osbrone, the Compass Associates AHP team were referred to the leadership team to support a number of senior hires in the business, after the company had been awarded a number of NHS contracts for provision of their services. 

A key component of the Adult ADHD Psychiatrist brief was to ensure that the successful candidate would be trained in the specific ADIR qualification, as well as to have a psychiatry background. In the case of the Consultant CAMHS Psychiatrist headcount, the candidate would need to be ADOS trained, an active member of the CAMHS specialist register, and would be holding an official qualification for diagnosis in children. 

For the former position, the team submitted two candidates who closely met the criteria, both of whom were interviewed virtually across two stages of interviewing. Such was the quality of the candidates submitted that the client hired both options, one on a part-time basis who then subsequently was brought on full-time, and the other on a permanent basis too. The entire process was completed in less than four weeks from submission to offer. 

For the latter headcount, three candidates were submitted for consideration of whom two were interviewed across a two-stage virtual process, with the same outcome: one candidate was hired on a part-time basis, and the second accepted a permanent role in the business.
