Nuffield Health – St Bartholomew’s Hospital team build 

Nuffield Health exclusively engaged Compass Associates’ Healthcare division on a proposed project to support in the appointment of clinical staffing teams initially in the phased opening of their new St Bartholomew’s Hospital. The opening of St Bartholomew’s saw Nuffield Health have the aim of being the first and only independent hospital in the City of London.

Since the division was established in 2011, the diverse Healthcare team are responsible for supplying the wide-reaching and varied Healthcare sub-sectors – ranging from Digital Health, Primary Care, Private Acute and Cosmetics and beyond. The success at delivering team builds has made Compass Associates one of the go-to recruitment specialists for the independent Healthcare markets. 

The requirements for this particular assignment include the provision of 24 specialist nurses (of varying seniorities) and further pharmacy professionals, likely to include a Pharmacy Manager, to be appointed with the view to start on October 4th opening.

• 34 interviews 

• 17 placements 

• 1 offer declined
