Founded in 2014, Linnaeus has grown to become one of the most highly-respected veterinary groups in the UK and Ireland offering specialist referral services and primary care through its network of practices.

Linnaeus currently boasts a portfolio of over 130 practices located across the UK and Ireland, and at the time of the project were looking for a recruitment partner with the knowledge, access to appropriate candidates, and reputation to deliver against tight timescales, to drive growth in their build-up to exit to private equity.

Key process elements following the brief:

• Successfully sourced suitable candidates to be presented for interview stage for multiple hires to support business expansion plans and growth.
• Regular communication between both clients and candidates to ensure fulfilling the brief.
• Continue building strong relationships with the Linnaeus Group senior management team therefore resulting in Compass Associates being their preferred supplier when supporting recruitment.
