Regional Operations Manager – Renal Services

Due to an established, strong partnership with the healthcare organisation, specialising in renal care. Compass Associates were mandated on an exclusive basis to support the search for a Regional Operations Manager.

Compass Associates have established a strong partnership with this particular organisation specialising in renal care. We have successfully been filling senior posts for over five years and have worked closely with the senior management team prior to being mandated for this particular role. As a result of this, Compass Associates were approached to recruit for this role on an exclusive basis. 

The client has a lot of trust within the partnership they have with Compass Associates due to our previous track record of delivery and that we have a clear understanding of their business objectives and needs. We ensured that we had a good understanding from the client of what was required for this role and that there was good communication with all involved throughout the whole recruitment process. The client was looking for a senior operations candidate with specific multi-site experience within both the private and public healthcare sectors. Due to the requirements of this role, it was a vital requirement of the role to have this kind of experience. 

The whole interview process had a quick turnaround and was completed within three weeks. It was conducted over a three-stage interview process. Due to our knowledge and experience of this client’s requirements, Compass Associates managed the interview process timescales, supported throughout the interview stages, as well as supported candidates’ expectations. To manage both client and candidate expectations, we ensured that we maintained good communications throughout the whole process to ensure that we carried out client and candidate expectations. 

Compass Associates screened eight prospective candidates for the client, with four of them put forward for the interview stage. The client offered one candidate the role and this was accepted at the first instance.
