Clinical and non-clinical recruitment support for Elysium Healthcare by Compass Associates

Compass Associates has partnered with Elysium Healthcare for nearly a decade, delivering both clinical and non-clinical talent solutions across the business. Elysium, a leading provider of mental health, learning disabilities and neurological care, has come to rely on Compass Associates as a strategic recruitment partner during this time.
Most recently, Compass Associates’ Corporate Services team was engaged to support the business with a comprehensive recruitment campaign to strengthen HR, marketing, and property teams. With an emphasis on mental health recruitment and learning disabilities recruitment, the team delivered a suite of roles including Recruitment Managers, Internal Recruiters (Clinical), Onboarding Managers, and several Marketing Executives.
In parallel, the Estates function was bolstered with the appointment of a Property Director and Capex Project Manager, ensuring the continued development of Elysium’s estate portfolio to meet growing demand.
This sustained engagement is a clear indicator of Compass Associates’ ability to adapt and scale recruitment solutions in alignment with the evolving organisational needs.
