Compass Associates partners with Achieve Together to deliver multiple Corporate Services hires to accelerate growth of specialist care provider

Achieve together, a specialist provider of support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, turned to Compass Associates following successful collaborations with their clinical recruitment division. As the organisation embarked on a significant growth phase, there was a clear need to scale both their property and people infrastructure.

Initial requirements centred around a full property team build, beginning with the Estates Development Director role. Following successful delivery, Compass Associates’ Corporate Services team was retained for further critical placements across HR and Finance. Within a 12-month period, placements included the Recruitment Manager, Internal Recruitment Coordinator, Learning Facilitator, Head of Pay and Reward, and several Regional Surveyors and Survey Specialists.
