After earning a BA (Hons) degree in International Business Management, Isobel joined Compass Associates, operating from our Manchester office. She oversees both the Specialist Services and Elderly Divisions, which includes services such as inpatient mental health, addiction rehabilitation, adult learning disabilities’ services, community complex care, and children’s residential homes and specialist schools. Meanwhile, our Elderly Division focuses on elderly nursing and residential care homes, retirement living, and domiciliary care.

Isobel works exclusively with providers in these sectors, specialising in HR, Finance and Marketing assignments alongside other critical business support functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Sales, Finance, and IT. She is highly skilled at securing exceptional talent for positions ranging from Director to mid-management level, helping organisations strengthen their leadership and back-office teams.
