Biography

Jennifer is a Consultant specialising in the Elderly Care Division, supporting clients across the North West. She manages a wide range of recruitment assignments within both Nursing and Residential Care Homes, recruiting for roles from Home Manager level through to senior and regional appointments. Jennifer prides herself on developing quality partnerships with both client and candidates, her most recent assignment in Lancashire saw the placement of a Registered Manager with ten years’ of management experience within a high-performing privately funded care home.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Chester, where her background in teaching helped develop strong communication skills and a people-focused approach. She takes a consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. With a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, this enables her to deliver a smooth and effective recruitment process and achieve successful outcomes for all involved.
