Compass Associates are working with a small but growing provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a small cluster of Supported Living Services across South East London.
We’re recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager to support with overseeing the day to day running of the supported loving services across South East London and provide direct leadership to the frontline staff. This is a newly created position due to internal promotion, resulting in the organisation expanding.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally have experience in a supervisory role within either residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism. Applicants will have ideally have completed their NVQ Level 3 or be willing to work towards this.

Salary up to £32,000

Location:
This role will be based within the service which are located in South East London, with an office in Bromley.
