Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance per annum + Benefits + Tier 2 Sponsorship
Employment Type: Full-time or Part time, Permanent - Option to Do Monday to Friday (No Weekends) 

About the Opportunity:

Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a well-established provider of hearing care services, who are seeking a qualified Audiologist to join their team in Scunthorpe. Role Overview:

The successful Audiologist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive hearing assessments and solutions to both NHS and private patients. You will play a key role in enhancing patients' quality of life through expert care and tailored hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full hearing assessments and diagnostic tests.
• Provide professional recommendations on hearing solutions tailored to individual needs.
• Fit, program, and service hearing aids to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver outstanding aftercare and build long-term patient relationships.
• Collaborate closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Audiologist with HCPC registration (or eligibility to register).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centred approach and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Experience within a clinical or retail audiology setting is advantageous but not essential.
