Overview
Compass Associates are delighted to be searching on behalf of an established and respected complex care provider.
This is a newly created position due to the organisation growth plans who are rapidly growing.
As the Business Development Manager you can be located anywhere across the Country but must be prepared to commute as and when needed, as well as go to Head Office once every quarter.
The successful Business Development Manager will need to build and nurture consultative relationships with local authorities and ICB's. Developing new business and territories. You will manage a portfolio of contacts and will need to pull them through the sales process.
Growing hours and brining on new packages, whilst following strategic plans and maintaining quality standards in all professional interactions.
The Business Development Manager will report into the Manging Director.

Criteria
- You must have a proven track record within the complex care, learning disabilities or mental health as a Business Development Manager.
- Must be able to build consultative relationships with new and existing contacts
- It is essential that you have a problem-solving mindset
- A productive time management and strategic approach to your work
- Have the ability to work independently and self-manage
Salary Package
Salary is competitive and is open for discussion. You will also have commission and additional company benefits.
