The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established elderly care provider operating across the UK. My client are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a medium to large sized care home located around the Northallerton area.
The home provides nursing, residential and dementia care and benefits from a strong and stable staffing team, including a Clinical Deputy Manager in post, alongside support from an experienced Regional Manager. There is an opportunity for the incoming Manager to further strengthen quality assurance processes, enhance local relationships and drive occupancy growth.
This role requires a visible and approachable leader who is happy to be the face of the home. They will build relationships with residents, families, staff, local professionals and external stakeholders including CQC and commissioners.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident Home Manager with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards. You will have experience working within nursing and/or residential elderly care settings and be comfortable managing the commercial performance of a service, including occupancy and budget oversight.
We are looking for a people-focused leader with an approachable management style. Someone who leads from the front rather than behind a desk. You will be driven, resilient and commercially astute, with the ability to build strong relationships with CQC, local authorities and other key partners. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care is essential.

The role is commutable from: Northallerton, Richmond, Catterick, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Pickering, Easingwold, Knaresborough, Ripon and Bedale.
