The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client that operate across the UK. They hold a portfolio of care homes providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents and boast a strong senior management structure. The new Registered Manager will join a care home located around the Bolton area that provides nursing, nursing dementia, residential and dementia care to older adults.
Full support will be offered to the Registered Manager in the form of a Deputy and Regional Manager. This role will allow the successful manager to shape and grow their own home, building upon their team and continuing to create long lasting links with the community.
Candidate
You'll hold significant management experience within the elderly care sector, able to demonstrate a background of successful CQC inspections with GOOD or improved ratings. As a leader, you'll place an emphasis on recruitment, training and retention to ensure your team remain highly skilled.
The ideal candidate will be a strong networker, a visible presence promoting the home across the community. You'll bring a commercial acumen, a drive to create improvements and a desire to provide the highest care for residents and prove to be a positive, visible presence within the home.

The role is commutable from: Bolton, Blackburn, Burnley, Todmorden, Rochdale, Manchester, Leigh, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Chorley and Leyland.
