Key areas of responsibility will include:

Working closely with the Home Manager and wider senior team to ensure the service operates effectively.
-
Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
-
Helping to maintain a positive, supportive culture where staff feel valued and confident in their roles.
The position is predominantly supernumerary, with an expectation that the successful candidate remains clinically visible within the home and maintains a strong understanding of residents and their individual needs. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working and evening meetings.
