Clinical Deputy Manager (Days) | Elderly Nursing Home | Henley-on-Thames
Salary: £47,000 pa
Location: Henley-on-Thames
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent / 37.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday with occasional weekends)

We are excited to be partnering with a well-established and reputable care home provider with several services across the UK. They are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis at their large-sized nursing home in Henley-on-Thames.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing staff rotas

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees

  • Coordinating and delivering induction and mandatory training

  • Ensuring residents’ clinical needs are recognised, assessed, and met

  • Actively working on the floor to support and guide the care team

  • Monitoring and managing individual staff performance

  • Addressing performance or conduct issues through the appropriate channels

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a clinical position within an elderly care home setting.
  • Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with an active NMC Pin, with experience in elderly care settings.
  • A compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with a passion for providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to work flexaiblly, with occasional weekends.
