We have partnered with a fantastic veterinary hospital in Leicestershire as they look to add to their Senior Leadership Team and appoint a new Clinical Director.
The Hospital:

We have built a team from the ground up and now boast exceptionally talented clinicians, many of who have further qualifications in areas like ophthalmology, ECC orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery. Together with our nurses and non-clinical teams, we have achieved Cat-Friendly Status and culture that is no-blame, wellbeing orientated and development focused. There is all the equipment you could need under 1 roof includingTPLO/TTA/Tightrope, endoscopy equipment, CT Scanner and incredibly advanced endoscopy equipment.
The Role:
As the new Clinical Director, you will have ultimate oversight of clinical standards, commercial performance, recruitment & retention, business development growth and team mentorship. For such a role, we are offering:
- A salary of up to £90,000
- 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays + birthday leave
