The role is ideal for a passionate Home Manager with proven experience in successfully leading a care home. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, person-centred care in compliance with CQC regulations, recruiting and developing a strong staff team, and driving occupancy levels to ensure the home's success.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a Home Manager, demonstrating a deep understanding of CQC standards and a proven track record of achieving 'Good' to 'Outstanding' ratings in inspections. You will be commercially astute, confident, and positive, with exceptional team management and leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care.
