Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a leading cosmetic surgery provider, who are currently in search for a Cosmetic Outpatient Nurse to join their beautiful clinic in Central London. Our client specialises in cosmetic surgical procedures for face, body and breast.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Nursing team to provide effective and patient focused care, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. They carry out a full range of cosmetic procedures including Breast Enlargements, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Rhinoplasty and Face Lists to name a few.
You will have a number of duties which includes conducting pre-operative care to patients undergoing cosmetic procedures ensuring they are fit for surgery, post-operative care, patient education, taking bloods, wound care, stock management and liaising all relevant information between surgeons, clinical staff and administrative team. You will be working closely with the Senior Clinic Nurse, and she will ensure you feel fully supported in your position.
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will be worked across days only. The majority of shifts will be 09:30-17.30, but they do require typically one later shift per week which is 12:00-20:00. The rotas are complete months in advance to ensure you are able to plan and manage your personal life, offering great work-life balance!
Once you are confident in the role, you will be given the option to take on the emergency on-call phone. This is completely optional, but if opted in, offers you the opportunity to earn some extra money!

Salary & Package
There is a generous salary of up to £39,000 per annum. My client is also offering additional benefits including annual leave, death in service, private pension scheme, excellent training opportunities, unsociable enhancements and great working hours to give you a better work-life balance.
