We are looking for a Dermatologist Consultant to join one of the UK's leading private providers in dermatology, laser and skin treatment, with private backing and operationally overseen by one of the country's largest private healthcare providers. Working with a team of experts offering advice, ensuring excellent care is provided, you will work in an autonomous and independent setting with flexible hours and uncapped earnings with the demand to take on as much work as you wish.

Working with the patient from consultation to post treatment care, my client treats self-paying, private medical insurance and the provision of NHS contracted services with a full diary guaranteed due to the demand of work. This is also a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified consultant to step into a role within the private space.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ skin condition.
• Assess and update patients’ medical history.
• Maintain a record of patients’ symptoms.
• Analyse all information regarding skin health conditions.
• Prescribe medication as needed.
• Inform patients about available treatments.
• Monitor the effectiveness of skin treatments.
• Perform non-intrusive medical surgeries.
• Educate patients on preventive skincare practices.
• Refer patients to other specialists when necessary.
• Attend conferences and seminars to stay updated on new medical techniques and topics.
