Location: Nottingham

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Flexible DOE) + Bonus Scheme and Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time - Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30, plus every other Saturday

We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their experienced and supportive team. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in either an independent practice or a multiple, who values teamwork, continuity of care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, patient-focused dispensing consultations
• Support patients with frame and lens selection tailored to their visual and lifestyle needs
• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to maintain high clinical and service standards
• Contribute positively to the day-to-day running and continued success of the practice

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Dispensing Optician
• Experience in an independent practice or a multiple preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented and professional approach
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

Package & Benefits:

• Salary £30,000 – £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
• Bonus scheme available

• 4-day working week (Tuesday–Friday) plus every other Saturday
