What You'll Do:
Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics
Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures
Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPD
Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics
Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
Support service development and guideline improvement
