Location: Torquay, Devon
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + Bonus.

This purpose-built home provides high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care within a modern, welcoming environment. With an excellent reputation for delivering person-centred care, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and passionate leader to take ownership of a successful home while continuing to drive quality, compliance and commercial performance.
This role would suit an experienced Nurse qualified Home Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams and creating a positive culture for both residents and colleagues.
The Candidate
We're looking to speak with experienced care home leaders who have a proven track record of successfully managing elderly homes. You'll be a visible, hands-on leader with the ability to inspire your team while maintaining exceptional standards of care and regulatory compliance.
You will be confident managing all aspects of home performance, including occupancy, budgets, recruitment, staff development and stakeholder engagement.
