Are you an experienced and inspirational school leader with a passion for supporting children with SEN?
We are seeking a dedicated Headteacher to lead a well-established SEN School, providing high-quality education and therapeutic support to 40 students.

As Headteacher, you will:
Provide strategic leadership across primary and secondary phases.
Inspire and motivate staff, students, and the wider community.
Lead the school’s therapeutic approach, ensuring children’s emotional wellbeing is at the heart of practice.
Drive continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of education and care.
Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to nurture an inclusive and supportive culture.
We are looking for a leader who has:
Proven leadership experience within primary and secondary specialist settings specifically SEMH or ASC.
Strong understanding of SEMH, Autism, and trauma-informed approaches.
The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on school management.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and aspirational environment for both staff and pupils.
