This is a chance to join a provider with a stable team and minimal agency usage, taking over management of a small residential home with solid foundations.
This role would suit a Home Manager that is practical and forward-focused, with experience managing care services. You will be required to focus on maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth operations.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show strong operational skills, along with a track record of job stability. Candidates with NVQ Level 5 are preferred, and you will need to be confident in your ability to lead teams effectively.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure first-class care is always delivered, and understand the expectations of a stable environment.

The home is based near Maidstone and would be a suitable commute from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Ashford, Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Sittingbourne and Tunbridge Wells.
