Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their larger-sized nursing care home, located in Ferndown on the South Coast. This is an opportunity to join a reputable provider and take over management of an established service providing nursing and residential care, primarily for older people including those living with dementia.
This role would suit a dedicated Home Manager passionate about delivering person-centred care in a supportive environment. You will be required to lead the team in maintaining high standards of care, working towards improved regulatory outcomes, and supporting the ongoing development of the home.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have proven experience as a Home Manager with a strong understanding of CQC criteria and a track record of managing compliant services. Experience in nursing or dementia care settings is highly desirable, along with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence of running successful care services. The position requires a confident, compassionate individual who can build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff while ensuring high-quality care delivery.
