The Role
Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a large national care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a well-established small residential and dementia care home in Fife.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a small, stable service which is currently operating at full occupancy and has an established staff team, allowing the incoming Home Manager to focus on maintaining standards, developing the team and continuing to build on an already strong service.
Supported by an experienced regional leadership team and extensive central support functions, the Home Manager will have access to dedicated expertise across quality, recruitment, HR, finance and Learning & Development.

Candidate
We are looking for an experienced care professional with strong management and leadership experience within elderly care.
You may already be an established Home Manager, or you could be an experienced Deputy Manager or senior care professional ready to take the next step into their first Home Manager position.
The successful candidate will be a visible and approachable leader who can build strong relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues whilst maintaining high standards of care, compliance and operational performance.
Requirements
- Management experience within an elderly care setting
- Experience within residential and/or dementia care
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Good understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory compliance
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets and operational performance
- Ability to maintain and develop high standards of care and service delivery

The role is commutable from: Cupar, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, St Andrews, Perth, Kinross, Dundee, Leven, Rosyth, Inverkeithing, Dalgety Bay, North Queensferry, South Queensferry, Edinburgh and surrounding areas across Fife, Perth & Kinross, Tayside and the wider Edinburgh area.
