First Opinion Practice in Crawley

We are supporting a growing, independent veterinary company in Surrey as they look to hire a new Lead Veterinary Surgeon to oversee their Crawley based branch.

 

The Role:

 

We are looking for a 4- or 3-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays (ending at 13:00) at out flagship site. By joining as a member of the SLT, you should already have great clinical skills and be confident managing a varied, GP case load at a first opinion level. We are keen to support your clinical progression and will be well supported by our Practice Partner – a wonderful vet with a surgical interest.

Managing your own branch is a big role and we welcome your own ability to lead, develop and progress the wider team. It is vital that we have a good culture match so need someone who values continuity of care, strong client relationships and brings a proactive approach to their work.

The Organisation:

 

 Having first opened at the start of the new millennia, our team have created a wonderful culture and great relationships across the local community. You clinic will have high quality ultrasound, Digital X-ray; a fully equipped operating theatre and large, in-house laboratory as well as spacious wards and welcoming reception area.

 

Across the group, we have just over 25 wonderful members on the crew – each with varying levels of clinical skills, diverse interests – but all with the same hard working, animal orientated attitude.
