This thriving practice in Leicester is seeking for a Lead Vet to manage their wonderful team with the support of their Practice Manager and Clinical Director.
Within this practice there are certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery and emergency critical care as well as a dedicated team of 24-hour nursing and vet teams.
The role will have a clinical focus with 0.5 days per week for admin, allowing full use of the in house facilities including a CT scanner, dental suites equipped with dental X-ray, video endoscopy, ASIF kit, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope, arthroscopy, and advanced ophthalmology equipment.
As a team, clinical cases are often discussed and monthly team meetings are held to share knowledge and communications. Work-life balance is also prioritised with wellness programs and personalised rotas to ensure a healthy team both physically and mentally.
