Compass Associates are excited to be working with a large nursery provider who are looking for a nursery manager to lead their services in Falkirk. We are looking for candidates who have experience working within a Nursery Manager capacity or a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready for that next step up.

Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.                  

Requirements                                  

- Management experience within nurseries                             

- Budget management                          

- Evidence of a good grade inspection with Care Inspectorate, governance and compliance                         

- Driving license (Desirable)                   

Location                                  

The role is based in Falkirk and is commutable from Grangemouth, Bonnybridge, Larbert and surrounding areas
