Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small nursery provider who are looking for a nursery manager to lead their services in Battyeford. We’re looking for candidates who have experience working within a Nursery Manager capacity or is a highly experienced & skilled Deputy Nursery Manager ready for that next step up.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
- Management experience within including increasing occupany
- Budget management
- Evidence of a good grade inspection with Ofsted, governance and compliance
- Driving license (Desirable)
Location
The role is based in Battyeford and is commutable from Mirfield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield and surrounding areas
