Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small nursery provider who are looking for a nursery manager to lead their services in Hucknall. We’re looking for candidates who have experience working within a Nursery Manager capacity looking after a minimum of 80 place setting.

Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.                  

Requirements                                  

- Management experience within a large nursery                             

- Budget management                          

- Evidence of a good grade inspection with Ofsted, governance and compliance                         

- Driving license (Desirable)                   

Location                                  

The role is based in Hucknall and is commutable from Nottingham, Mansfield, Eastwood and surrounding areas
