The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client who are looking to find a Registered Home Manager for a care home located around Liverpool. This home provides nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents and the new manager will be supported by a wraparound senior management team.
The business are keen to find someone with a seasoned background in the sector, a manager that will prioritize resident care and can display an exposure to troubleshooting in previous roles.
Candidate
I’m looking to hear from current Registered Managers across the elderly care sector with an active nursing pin or experience of managing a nursing care home. You’ll have fantastic commercial knowledge, able to network and effectively market the home in order to ensure the business is viable. As a leader, you’ll be visible and approachable, continuously promoting learning and development for your team.
Compliance and an understanding of CQC regulations will be essential to ensuring your residents receive a high quality of care. Person-centered care will be paramount, stemming from communication and transparency with residents and their loved ones.
Interview Process
The interview process will be 2 stages inclusive of a Teams call and site visit.
Location
The role is commutable from: Liverpool, Warrington, Newton-le-Willows, St Helens, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Formby and Southport.
