Compass Associates are excited to partner with a highly regarded SEN school in Liverpool to recruit a passionate Occupational Therapist. You will be supporting young people with a variety of needs including ADHD, Autism, speech and language communication difficulties and emotional difficulties.

This a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside other Occupational Therapists, s Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapists, Counsellor and Art Therapist. This role also includes toy supporting the on-site Occupational Therapy Apprentice.

The School Environment 

The school features 12 purpose-built classrooms alongside a fully equipped IT/media suite, science laboratory, design and technology workshop, food technology kitchen, and dedicated studios for art, music, and drama. It also includes a library, and a common room designed to support both learning and social development.

In addition, the school offers a wide range of specialist facilities, including an on-site sensory integration room, an all-weather sports pitch, landscaped garden areas, and an adventure play zone. Pupils also benefit from a variety of off-site enrichment activities such as horse-riding, trampolining, and swimming.

• A qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered). 
• Skilled in supporting teams to create clinically informed environments and providing leadership, training, and guidance.
