Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading cosmetic surgery provider, who are currently in search for an Outpatient & Pre-Assessment Nurse to join their growing team in Birmingham.
Specialising in both surgical and non-surgical procedures, this growing company provides a unique and personalised approach, to achieve the desired results for each individual. The Candidate
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Nursing team to provide effective and patient focused care, ensuring the smooth running of the outpatient and pre-assessment clinics. They carry out a full range of cosmetic procedures including Breast Augmentation, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck and Rhinoplasty to name a few.
My client is looking for someone who is friendly, caring and approachable to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to all patients. You will be working closely with their welcoming and hard-working team, made up of clinical staff, Consultants and wider professionals. Excellent communication skills will be crucial to provide the highest level of patient care, aligning with their company values.
This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, which will be worked days only, offering great work life balance! They are able to offer shifts such as 9am-5.30pm, 8am-4.30pm or 8.30pm-5pm dependent on your preference. This will be based on 5 shifts per week, and shift patterns will fall either Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday, giving you two guaranteed days off per week together. Additionally, nurses participate in an on-call phone on rotation, which is also paid at an enhanced rate!
In order to be successful with this opportunity, we are looking for a kind and compassionate nurse who has exposure to pre-assessment, surgical wards and/or outpatient setting, is very experienced in wound care, can take bloods, and if confident in working autonomously.

Salary & Package
In return, there a generous salary of up to £35,000 per annum. My client is also offering additional benefits including 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), private pension plan, free on-site parking, training courses, staff discounts and team days out.
