Hourly Rate: £25.52 (weekdays) / £26.52 (weekends) + paid breaks  
Location: Gloucestershire Region
Contract Type: Permanent / 37.5 (07:45-20:15) hours per week rostered - full flexibility of days needed, and will include night working when needed.

We are excited to be partnering with a well-established and reputable care home provider with several services across the UK. They are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis over seeing multiple homes in the Gloucestershire Region.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and compassion in all aspects of care.

• Use your strong communication skills to build effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.

• Lead and motivate care teams to consistently deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

• Provide flexible support across multiple sites, stepping in to cover shifts during staff absence, vacancies, annual leave, or sickness.

• Mentor and support newly recruited nurses during their induction, while also offering guidance to existing nursing staff.

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, due to travel between locations.

• Flexibility to work any five days out of seven, including weekends when required, is necessary for this role.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 year’s experience in a clinical position within an elderly care home setting.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC Pin, with experience in elderly care settings.
• A compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills, with a passion for providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work 12 and a half hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
