An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established community pharmacy in Hastings. This role offers flexibility, strong professional support, and excellent long-term development opportunities.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, with some weekend working required. You will play a key role in leading the pharmacy team and delivering high-quality patient care to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
Provide an excellent standard of patient-focused care within the community
Accurately dispense and check prescriptions
Procure and prepare medicines in line with regulatory requirements
Organise and manage prescriptions efficiently
Communicate clearly with patients to ensure their needs are met
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive pharmacy team
About You
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Community pharmacy experience desirable but not essential

This community pharmacy is based in Hastings and is commutable from:
Eastbourne, Hailsham, Battle, Dungeness, Rye, Tenterden, Folkestone, Lewes, Seaford, and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
