What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team.
- Focus on improving the commercial success of the pharmacy.
- Ensuring the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly.
- Providing support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians and dispensers where appropriate.
- Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community.
- Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- MPharm, BPharm or equivalent.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven post qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.
Location
This Community Pharmacy is based in Canterbury, commutable via Maidstone, Sittingbourne and Dover.
