Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality and governance across a small, stable portfolio of elderly nursing homes in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing care provider in a newly created leadership role, responsible for implementing and building robust quality assurance systems to support and facilitate the group's continued growth.
This role would suit an experienced quality and governance professional with a strong background in elderly care. You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and governance leadership across the group, driving quality improvements, ensuring CQC compliance, and developing the systems and frameworks needed to support future growth, including new build projects and pre-CQC registration readiness.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in quality and governance within elderly care, with the confidence and capability to provide clinical oversight at a senior level. Candidates may currently be working as a Quality Manager, Head of Governance, Compliance Manager, or a senior clinical professional looking to step into a dedicated quality leadership role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to implement and embed quality assurance processes, support Home Managers in maintaining high standards, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience with new build developments and pre-CQC readiness would be a distinct advantage, as would a background in supporting growing care businesses through periods of expansion.

This role is based across a portfolio of homes in Oxfordshire and is commutable from: Oxford, Witney, Banbury, Bicester, Abingdon, Didcot, Chipping Norton, Swindon, Cheltenham, and surrounding areas.
