Job Title: Regional Nurse - Complex Homecare
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (no weekends, bank holidays, or nights)
Location: Telford and surrounding areas
Salary: £43,000 per annum

The service provides tailored care to individuals with a range of conditions including neurological disorders, spinal injuries, epilepsy, and acquired brain injuries, supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Role:
As a Regional Complex Homecare Nurse, you will manage a caseload of clients with complex care needs, conducting clinical assessments, updating care plans, and providing ongoing training and supervision to care teams. You’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred support.
This field-based role allows autonomy to plan your diary and achieve an excellent work-life balance. Participation in a paid on-call rota is required.
Candidate Requirements:
Registered Nurse (Paediatric or Adult) with NMC registration.
Previous experience in ICU, HDU, or complex community care.
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
Full UK driving licence.
