Job Title: Regional Manager – Children's Residential Services
Location: Overseeing Bath and Swindon Areas
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (Can be negotiable based on experience)

Maybe a multi-site Registered Manager who's looking for there next step into Operations?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager to support a growing region within a well-established and expanding care provider.
The Role:
This is a strategic leadership position, responsible for supporting and developing a brand new region within the South. - More details can be shared within a confidential chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage children’s homes to meet high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Support and direct Registered Managers to achieve positive outcomes with their Ofsted ratings.
Oversee Ofsted registration processes and work to secure new admissions.
Collaborate with central teams to address staffing, recruitment, and training challenges.
Drive home performance and ensure the region operates efficiently and effectively.
About You:
Experience as a Responsible Individual, with strong working knowledge of children’s residential regulations.
Proven track record managing multiple services with a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating.
Skilled in securing admissions, building relationships with stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Comfortable working across various locations with a flexible and solution-focused approach.
Package Includes:
Base salary of £60,000 - £65,000 (Can be negotiable based on experience).
Annual performance-related bonus.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Flexible working hours and potential relocation assistance.
