We are seeking an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to take operational responsibility for six specialist children’s homes across East Anglia. These services support children and young people with experiences of complex trauma, and we are committed to delivering the highest standards of care, therapeutic practice, and stability.

About the Role
As our Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping, influencing, and developing the culture and performance of our homes. You’ll provide inspirational leadership to Registered Managers, ensuring each service is well-led, financially sound, compliant with regulations, and truly responsive to the needs of the children.
You will be a visible, approachable, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can balance operational oversight with a commitment to the wellbeing of both staff and young people.

To excel in this role, you will bring:
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role directly relevant to the residential care of children

At least 2 years’ experience managing managers within children’s services
-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare ( Desirable – we welcome experienced leaders who haven’t yet achieved this and will support you to complete it)

A strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings in your recent inspections

Robust safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to challenge and inspire

A passion for trauma-informed care and improving outcomes for vulnerable young people
