Compass Associates are excited to be working with a fantastic medium sized Nursery Group who are looking for a Regional Quality Manager to lead their services across the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Wiltshire regions. This is a full-time position, which does require flexibility across the week to meet the needs of the company and does require extensive travel and the occasional overnight stay. We are looking for candidates who are currently working and are experienced in an Operations/ Area / Regional/ Quality Support management capacity with comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted.
As Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the Nursery Managers across the area; ensuring they are compliant with Ofsted regulations, developing the nurseries, up to date with training & development, supporting with financials/ budgeting, providing exceptional levels of childcare and maintaining parent relations.
Requirements
- Regional/ Area or Operational management experience supporting 5 or more sites
- Budget management
- Well-rounded commercial experience
- Ofsted, governance and compliance
- Driving license
Location
This is a regional post. Applicants will be considered from the following locations/ surrounding areas: Reading, Oxford, Thatcham, Swindon and other locations.
