Compass Associates is working on a confidential basis with an established provider in the recruitment of a Regional Support Manager covering the South West. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected operator at a key point in their regional development.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider leadership team to support a group of services across the region. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers genuine scope to make an impact across multiple sites.
The Candidate
We are looking for a clinically credible, experienced operator with a strong background in the elderly care home sector. You will bring confidence, pragmatism, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
This role would suit candidates from a range of senior operational backgrounds within the sector.
Requirements
Location
This is a regional role based in and around the Bath area, with travel across the wider South West. Candidates must be willing to commit to regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
