They are passionate about providing tailored, quality care for each of their residents and champion their team with a supportive senior leadership structure.
This opportunity is to lead a nursing service. The home provides general nursing, nursing dementia, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The new Registered Manager will be supported by a Deputy and Regional Manager, ensuring they have the team and the resources needed to make improvements to day to day care.
Candidate
You’ll be a nurse-qualified leader with significant experience managing nursing homes, confident overseeing both clinical and non-clinical operations. You’ll have a track record of maintaining GOOD CQC ratings and driving standards across nursing and dementia services.
As a leader, you will be visible, decisive and commercially minded, able to operate autonomously while leveraging the support structures around you. You’ll be comfortable managing performance, strengthening occupancy and improving profitability without compromising on quality of care.
Location
The role is commutable from areas across North Lancashire, South Cumbria and parts of Greater Manchester.
Summary
My client is seeking an experienced nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a stable nursing home. You’ll be supported by an engaged Regional Manager and structured governance framework, while being given the autonomy to drive commercial and operational improvements.
