The Role
Compass Associates are partnering with a private elderly care provider operating a remit of care homes across England and are now looking for a new Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for one of their services in the Wirral. Due to recent acquisitions, the business have gone from strength to strength and pride themselves on offering their staff a platform to grow their careers, with some managers promoted to take on regional and quality based roles.
This role joins a care home which provides nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The home currently requires turnaround, but has good foundations together with a great staffing team who would benefit from leadership and nurturing.
The Candidate
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run successful care homes, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower competent staff teams, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.
