Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Service (New Branch Launch)
Location: Ashford, Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus Scheme (up to £10,000)
Annual Leave: 25 days (increasing with service)

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take full ownership of launching and growing a new domiciliary care service. You will:
Recruit, mentor and lead your own team of care professionals.
Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance from day one.
Build strong relationships with customers, families, local professionals and community stakeholders.
Drive business development, increase care hours and establish a trusted local presence.
Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance and strong financial performance.
Create a positive, person-centred culture and lead by example.
Develop a high-performing branch known for safety, quality and reliability.
About You
We’re looking for a values-driven leader with strong people and compliance experience. You should have:
Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education or similar).
Understanding of CQC standards (support provided if you are new to the sector).
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
A passion for person-centred care and service quality.
Candidates without a direct care background are welcome to apply if they have strong leadership, compliance and regulatory experience.
