Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Service (New Branch Launch)

Location: Ashford, Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus Scheme (up to £10,000)
Annual Leave: 25 days (increasing with service)

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will take full ownership of launching and growing a new domiciliary care service. You will:

  • Recruit, mentor and lead your own team of care professionals.

  • Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance from day one.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, families, local professionals and community stakeholders.

  • Drive business development, increase care hours and establish a trusted local presence.

  • Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance and strong financial performance.

  • Create a positive, person-centred culture and lead by example.

  • Develop a high-performing branch known for safety, quality and reliability.

About You

We’re looking for a values-driven leader with strong people and compliance experience. You should have:

  • Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education or similar).

  • Understanding of CQC standards (support provided if you are new to the sector).

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • A passion for person-centred care and service quality.

Candidates without a direct care background are welcome to apply if they have strong leadership, compliance and regulatory experience.
